The government of Australia evaluates that the roundabout 300,000 international students faced the hurdle of 40 hours during their studying time period.
In order to upgrade the hospitality and tourism field, the government announced the changes while removing all these troubles which are being faced by the students. But there are also some conditions for it. First, the students will own the visa of their country. The second is their history and feedback by the department in which they are working is positive from all perspectives.
Immigration Minister Alex illustrates that the step that is being taken for changes will prove excellent for bridging the gap between the sectors of each country as well as it will revolutionize the country financially.
He further said that the government announced these changes for the betterment of the country regarding Covid-19, by seeing the situations of the states, industries, and almost every department thoroughly.
This announcement was finally taken keeping in mind those students who were affected badly during the lockdown for Covid-19 last year. They were affected in the sense they face hurdles regarding flights and the residences. They were facing so many difficulties related to jobs and their living hoods.
Mr. Hawke illustrates that tourism and hospitality are some of those fields in which many international students are enrolled.
