4- Step-by-step procedure of applying for jobs through email
Please do note that you need to send the desired employer your interest in the job. Normally it is done by submitting an online application. If you do not choose the online portals (websites) of a chosen employer, then try this procedure:
Step 1
First of all, choose an employer from the list of registered and licensed sponsors in the UK (Click here to open the list of registered and licensed sponsors in the UK). Write an email to your desired employer by stating your interest in the job and letting him know that you are available for the advertised job. Your email must be cleared so that the employer can immediately determine if you are suitable for the advertised job.
Step 2
Add in your email a cover letter that will let the employer know the exact job category you are going to apply for. This illustrates your job type and your interest in the job as an international applicant.
Step 3
Do not forget to send the CV with your visa application so that the employer can come to know about your qualifications, job experience, skills, objectives, and personal details.
Step 4
Once you are confirmed, that your sponsor is registered with the UK government to sponsor international employees, then you must proceed forward to ask your employer to send you a job contract and sponsorship.
Step 5
Upon getting a positive response from the employer and getting the contract, then you can apply for a work visa in the UK embassy or visa application Centre.
