Prince Edward Island is the province of Canada. It is a small province in terms of area and population – but this Atlantic island province has an incredible coastal culture with booming tourism, fishing, and agro-industries.
All PEI programs are interlinked with the Federal Government Nominee Programs and the requirements for candidates are almost the same and follow the same pattern except for a few programs for which you must reside in PEI. There are three tracks to migrate to PEI through PEI PNP:
- PEI Express Entry
- PEI Business Impact
- PEI Labor Impact
PEI PNP is a set of tracks that allow immigrants with skilled workers, young graduates, and business acumen to participate in these programs. The PEI PNP gives potential newcomers the opportunity to obtain provincial nominations through one of many immigration processes, allowing them to quickly find their way to permanent residence in Canada.
Potential immigrants who are in the Federal Express Entry pool and have expressed an interest in living and working in Prince Edward Island may be eligible for PEI Express entry. Candidates must be eligible for one of the Federal Economic Immigration Classes. However, only applicants whose skills and experience match the province’s current wage requirements will be considered for Express Entry PNP. The points in the pool are awarded on the basis of many factors such as age, language proficiency, educational qualification, relevant work experience, job offer, and adaptability.

They can also choose to obtain a work permit by investing in the PEI business, which will provide a faster transition to their new life in Canada and PEI. For work permits, the factors such as age, language proficiency, educational qualification, business ownership senior management experience, community endorsement, and adaptability are considered to award points.
