What is the CEC program?
No doubt, the Canada Experience Class PR program is one of the three famous programs of Express Entry. In other words, over the past few months, this permanent residency category has received much space as far as the immigration quota is concerned. Indeed, this program helps those who have Canadian work experience and want to settle permanently in Canada. Certain language abilities, educational requirements, and admissibility in Canada are the main factors that can help you get PR through this program.

Immigration future of Canada
In total so far this year, 184,000 immigrants have been admitted to Canada confirmed by the immigration minister Marco Mendicino to Reuters in an interview on 13 August. This makes sure that the target of 401,000 may be achieved at the end of the year. Furthermore, Canada has also so far invited through express entry a total of 102,779.
The Canadian government has tabled the 2021‒2023 Immigration Levels Plan that will allow 401,000 immigrants in 2021, 411,000 in 2022, and 421,000 in 2023. This is Canada’s most ambitious immigration program in history. The IRCC spends about $2 billion per year on grants and donations linked to settlement initiatives, making it the world’s greatest. Furthermore, the federal government has also recently reserved CAD100 Million for the integration of the newcomers.
Considering all measures taken by the Canadian government and IRCC, the draws of the Federal Skilled Worker Program and Federal Skilled Trades Program seem to be released in near future.
How will Canada’s elections shape the immigration system of the country? Will there be a new government or the same one could be able to continue as before? Will the government of Canada and IRCC continue Federal Express Entry programs and provincial nominee programs? All questions are worth answering before elections are going to take place.
On September 20, there will be a federal election in Canada. As usual, after this election, there will be an announcement of the changes in the immigration rules and regulations. These changes will last for the upcoming at least 4 years.
