IRCC has invited 3,000 new candidates from the Express Entry pool to apply for permanent residency of Canada. The latest draw was held for CEC (Canadian Experience Class) stream with a minimum CRS score of 403. The draw release date is 19 August and the “Tie-Breaking Rule” comes into effect for the profiles submitted before August 01, 2021, at 10:13:57 UTC.

It is indeed important for the CEC candidates to have one year of experience in Canada for applying through this stream. Canada has continuously been releasing Express Entry draws in 2021. Till now,32 draws have been issued equally divided in PNP and CEC immigration routes.
Almost 39,500 new permanent residents could make it to the country in July. This is 4,000 more than June. In total so far this year, 184,000 immigrants have been admitted to Canada confirmed by the immigration minister Marco Mendicino to Reuters in an interview on 13 August. This makes sure that the target of 401,000 may be achieved at the end of the year.
What is the CEC program?
No doubt, the Canada Experience Class PR program is one of the three famous programs of Express Entry. In other words, over the past few months, this permanent residency category has received much space as far as the immigration quota is concerned.
