The reason for more job offers

The reason behind all these opportunities is COVID-19. Let’s explain how the COVID-19 became a reason for new hope for every one of you.

Due to the lockdown, all the businesses and companies were closed. The workers and the international students working in all these departments were restricted to go to the workplaces. The employers were wanting to call their staff back for work but unfortunately, they were all unable to do this.

As the situation of COVID-19 is not worse than in the past and restrictions are slowly coming to end, the employers are offering more jobs to compensate for the loss that they faced economically and to make their businesses more prosperous than before.

Labour Force Survey Report

The report from the Labour Force Survey reveals that there is an increase in the workers of 12% from May to June. The reason, the employers are hiring more and more workers as mentioned above. Besides this, the people also are worried about their jobs due to the pandemic. The COVID-19 was even worse for the workers.

The report from RBC reveals that Canada will need more immigrants in the future for the economy and labor force growth maintenance. The reason is, in this pandemic the rate of resignations and retirements applications had increased.

Andrew Agospsowicz also talked about it. He shared his views by saying the rate of resignations and retirement applications had increased due to the dissatisfaction. Now, as the state’s financial situation is getting better day by day, the rate of new workers is also increasing. Those who had submitted their applications for the retirements will get the response most probably at the end of 2021. The delay in response was due to the pandemic.
