People were asked these three questions (good things or bad things) on the basis of which the list has been designed are as follows:

Some countries have dramatically changed their ranking positions as compared with last year. Canada got the number one position compared with its number 4 position last year. Burkina Faso, Chad, and Ireland make it to the top10 the first time during last 3 years.
