Tuition-free universities are not available in all Eu countries. The same is true for Portugal. Students have to pay a certain amount of tuition fee yearly. Average tuition fees in Portugal for bachelor or master degrees
In general, public universities charge €1500 to €2000 for bachelor programs and€2000 to €3500 Euro for master programs. Private universities on the other hand charge almost €3200 to €4500. Each university in independent to charge yearly fees from international students.
