The UK issued 257,600 people visas under the Ukraine Scheme visas. This program works in two categories which are family scheme and sponsor scheme. In total, 337,300 people applied for this visa scheme. Most of these (229,100) applied for sponsorship and 108,200 for family schemes.

From above mentioned table, the withdrawn applications are of those who applied twice. Some of these applications also include a stream that allows biometric deferral provisions but the applicants did not pursue it and hence the requirements were not met.
People who reached the UK through these schemes to the UK are 205,900. About 57,800 reached the UK through the Ukraine family stream and 148,200 under the Ukraine sponsorship scheme.
In total, 32,600 people were granted extensions under the following categories:
- Ukraine family scheme: 8,100
- Ukraine extension scheme: 24,500
Combined, 40,600 people applied for the schemes mentioned above. According to the report by the UKVI, 1,000 people are still waiting for application results till 14 May 2024.
The Ukraine Family Scheme has been closed on 19 February 2024. On the other hand, the visa can still be applied under the sponsored scheme. The prerequisite is an approved sponsor from the UK household for 6 months.
