Decreto Flussi 2024 click days start today for the non-seasonal subordinate workers category. Italian interior ministry has started accepting applications today for Decreto Flussi 2024. The work visa applications can be submitted for the non-seasonal category can be submitted by the employers from today 18 March 2024 from 9:00. The application submission opening portal dates for the complete program are as follows:

  • from 9:00 on 18 March 2024, applications for non-seasonal subordinate workers who are citizens of countries that have cooperation agreements with Italy can be submitted;
  • from 9:00 on 21 March 2024, applications for other non-seasonal subordinate workers (including in the family and social and healthcare sectors) can be submitted;
  • from 9:00 on 25 March 2024, applications for seasonal workers can be submitted.

Decreto Flussi 2024 applications for non-seasonal subordinate workers who are citizens of countries that have cooperation agreements with Italy can be sent from the official website of the Ministry of Interior Italy on this page.

To access the Services Portal you need a digital identity (SPID or Cie ID).

What is the SPID?

SPID is the access system that allows you to use the online services of the Public Administration and accredited private individuals with a unique digital identity. If you already have a digital identity, log in with your manager’s credentials. If you don’t have a digital identity yet, request it from one of the managers.

To create a SPID from abroad, you need:

  • an e-mail address
  • the phone number of the mobile phone you normally use
  • a valid Italian identity document (one of identity card, passport, driving license)
  • your income tax number

To get SPID, choose one of the Identity Providers and register on their site. The registration consists of 3 steps:

  • Enter your data,
  • Create your SPID credentials,
  • Carry out the recognition of your choice between: in-person, online, or via CIE, CNS, or digital signature.

The timing of issuing digital identity depends on individual Identity Providers. You can apply for SPID here.

Decreto Flussi 2024/Click-day 2024

Employers can now submit on behalf of their intended employees through the above-mentioned website the Nulla Osta final application by entering details on the page section “Decreto Flussi 2024/Click-day 2024”. Applications can be submitted until 31 December 2024, without prejudice to verification of the availability of quotas.

The total quota announced for Decreto Flussi 2024 is 151,000. Out of which, 61,250 have been set aside for the non-seasonal subordinate workers.

Job Categories for Non-Seasonal Visa

For Non-seasonal (lavoro subordinato non stagionale) following job categories with labor shortage are specified:

  • road transport,
  • construction,
  • and tourism.

Distribution of Nonseasonal work quota 61,950

The distribution of quota for Nonseasonal has been divided into employment with employer and self-employment which is as follows:

i- Employment: 61,250

  • Citizens of states running campaigns against irregular migration trafficking: 2,380 entries
  • Citizens of countries with current immigration agreements: 25,000 entries
  • Citizens of countries with future immigration agreements: 20,000 entries
  • Workers of Italian origin residing in Venezuela: 90 entries
  • Stateless persons and refugees: 180 entries
  • Workers in the family and socio-healthcare sector: 9,500 entries
  • Conversion of other residence permits into permits for employment: 4,100 conversions.

ii- Self-Employed Work: 700

  • Citizens of states running campaigns against irregular migration trafficking: 120 entries
  • Workers of Italian origin residing in Venezuela: 10 entries
  • Stateless persons and refugees: 20 entries
  • Citizens belonging to specific categories: 500 entries
  • Conversion of other residence permits into permits for self-employment work: 50 conversions.

For the entry of workers for seasonal and non-seasonal subordinate work, the countries that have signed cooperation agreements or understandings on migration matters already in force are:

Albania, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bosnia and Herzegovina, South Korea, Ivory Coast, Egypt, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Philippines, Gambia, Georgia, Ghana, Japan, Jordan, Guatemala, India, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Mali, Morocco, Mauritius, Moldova, Montenegro, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Republic of North Macedonia, Senegal, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tunisia, Ukraine.
