The Canadian immigration department has released the latest provincial nominee program draw. Overall, 277 candidates received invitations (ITAs) to apply under the round of invitations. The successful candidates had to score a minimum of 726 to get the invitation to apply.
The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is one of Canada’s key immigration pathways. It allows provinces and territories to nominate individuals who wish to immigrate to Canada and settle in a specific region. This system complements the federal immigration programs and plays a crucial role in addressing regional labor market needs and demographic goals.
Each participating province or territory operates its own PNP with unique streams targeting various types of applicants, such as skilled workers, international graduates, and entrepreneurs. In total, there are around 80 different immigration streams under the PNP across Canada.
