Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada has released the latest Provincial Nominee Program draw. A total of 174 candidates have received invitations to apply under the Express Entry Round of Invitations. The comprehensive ranking system score remained at a higher level of 816.

The immigration department has never issued this small number of ITAs to PNP candidates in a whole year. This could also be the reasoning for the new policy of the Canadian government where the PNP immigration stream has received less quota in the immigration level plan 2025-2027 as compared with the previous ones.
The new PNP quota planned from 2025 to 2027 is as follows:
- 2025 Target: 55,000 (down from 120,000 last year).
- 2026 Target: 55,000 (down from last year’s 120,000).
- 2027 Target: 55,000.
